Grenit Construction CC was formed in 1986 as a construction and property development company. Our specialty is commercial and high end new residences, although we also do select residential renovations.

Our previous Managing Director Kenneth Nell (deceased) was on the team that built Sandton City, Carlton Centre, Hendrik Verwoerd dam, JG Strydom tunnel Etc.

The current MD Gregory Nell has been with the company since inception, and has overseen all projects conducted by the company.
